We deliver all across Bangladesh. Currently, we do not support international shipping.

Delivery Times & Charges

• Inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days (৳60)
• Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days (৳120)
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied on your very first order!

Payment Methods

We primarily operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis to ensure maximum trust and convenience for our customers. You only pay when the product arrives at your doorstep.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility Conditions

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging with all seals intact. (Skincare products cannot be returned if the seal is broken due to hygiene reasons).
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange a free exchange or full refund within 3 business days.
